Returns handled with care and clarity

We want you to feel confident when shopping with Elpere. If your item is eligible for return, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all original tags attached where applicable.

Please contact us by email before sending anything back. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will send you the correct return address together with the return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval or sent to an address not provided by our support team may not be accepted.

After your return is received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees, return shipping costs, duties, and handling charges are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or confirmed by us in writing.
